Our Story
In 2020, after a challenging few years running our own business, and emigrating back to Ireland from Australia with a young family, we wanted to make our personal health a priority. We were always switched on, we struggled to unwind and felt overwhelmed by life’s relentless pace. We weren't looking for a quick fix.
