Why we started Sentro Labs
In 2020, after a few challenging years running my own business and relocating back to Ireland from Australia with a young family, I decided to prioritise my health.
Balancing career, family, and fitness felt overwhelming, and I struggled to find time for cooking amidst a hectic schedule. Constantly 'switched on' and unable to unwind, I knew I needed more than just a quick fix.
